- Data is hosted in secure Google Cloud infrastructure located in Australia
- Financial document data is processed in near real-time
- Data is retained for up to 3 months for traceability, auditability, and version control purposes
- After this period, data may be deleted or anonymised unless required for legal or operational reasons
You may request deletion of your data, subject to legal and operational requirements.
9. Data Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure.
These steps may include:
- Secure cloud infrastructure
- Secure data transmission

However, no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
